Brandmeister Pillar of the Community United States 6889 Posts	Posted Yesterday 6:08 pm Hey guys, my coin related activities are going to be curtailed in the coming weeks. That process had already begun earlier this month. A couple weeks ago, my 6 year old Labrador retriever mutt ruptured his cranial cruciate ligament (a.k.a. a dog's ACL). I've had a three legged dog for most of September. He had surgery today. The procedure went very well, and importantly, his opposite knee and leg seem to be in good health. However, he was an absolute disaster emotionally—shrieking, snarling, wild—which I knew would probably happen. I had harbored some hopes that I could quietly work from home for the next few weeks, keeping an eye on him, but I think that isn't going to happen. This is going to be a 24/7 job. If he's like this with a nerve block, tomorrow is probably going to be the worst day of his life. The pain of having plates screwed into his bones will be intense. If you pray, please spare a prayer for good ol' Tucker dog. He is a really sweet dog, but he is outside himself now in distress. Report this Post to the Staff
