I would call it MS 64, there are some contact marks on her skirt, nice leg feather tho.

I agree with muddler, there are probably a few too many contact marks for ms65. On a good day it might go ms65 because of the strike. This coin has a nice strike which is very rare for the series. Beautiful coin!
