Coin, that goes beyond a desk. Thats an entire complex. ;) The desk in the original pic has been replaced by my fathers old roll top. I will post pics tomorrow.

That looks about up to par with my 'area' which is most of the basement.

I love the pictures. I have only been collecting for a couple of weeks and I have coins piling up waiting to be placed into 2x2's.
I have one question for you all though. What about security? If someone breaks in those coins will be the first to go.

FmlyGuy, the coins I have on my desk are not the super high value coins. The majority of the "valuable" coins are in the safe. Besides, in the next couple of months anyone who chooses to be that dumb will get met with a high velocity chunk of not so valuable metal.

I wish I had one like that ! But this is how it looks when I'm 2x2ing in LARGE amounts. That day I did about 500 coins. Very tiresome.

Smokeriderdon, right on. I don't have a safe yet, but the "high velocity chunk of not so valuable metal" is always nearby. That and a visible NRA sticker on my front window.

They first have to get through the security doors, then past the attack Chug! Coins and guns, my two favorite past times. I always get excited at the gun shows when theyres coin tables as well unfortunately so far in my area its mostly junk silver right now, but I have dreams of one day having a hybrid show. I may never leave if that happens.
