When it is released, I'm sure Modern Coin Mart and Silvertowne will have it with free shipping, and you can get the coin for roughly $5 over spot. Right now Silvertowne has the Antelope for $37.50 and MCM has it for $37.80. A pretty good deal, really, if you're only looking to get one.

I have ordered from each of them a number of times without a problem. MCM is a little slow to ship, but so is everyone else. Another advantage of these two is you can pay with a credit card.

Hi, I'm new to the CCF . The answer to the finial coin in the series is the wood bison. I have seen depictions on ebay and it looks as good as the wolf or Moose. I agree their are so many animals they could use to keep the series alive. Lets all write the RCM and let them know. Rox

I'm sure they'll start a new series, I just don't know what it will be. First they did the 3 coin Olympic series, and than a 6 coin wildlife series. Maybe a six coin series of Canadian ocean mammals. Maybe they could do the narwhal first. Or how about a six coin Canadian bird of prey series 😈

...man, I wish I'd purchased more of those wolves when I had a chance. Crazy premiums. I remember a roll (a lot actually) of 25 x 1/2oz wolves all individually wrapped from the mint at $500 straight up, no bidding on ebay. 10hrs later they were gone...Today they're worth an easy $1250.

SDCrow, THANKS for the tip. NOW is released, Silvertowne has Bison today for just over $36 with free shipping, MCM does not have raw for sale yet! so called MCM, said these are being sent out for Grade/Slabs. which makes me think they go through pick out all really good coins for slabs then put the left-overs up for raw sales.

Penny4Me, I think that is probably pretty accurate. I think they probably send most, if not all of their raw coins to the graders and have them pull out the 69s and 70s (even though there haven't been any wildlife 70s yet) and slab them and then send back the raw ones to be sold that way.

ya, that's why I got the Silvertowne Bison today with free shipping, think it has better chance for better non-cherry picked coin, MCM was/is a grader MCM is a great place to go if you want a slab
