Hello everyone,
I have 2 dimes, a 1949-S MS68 toned graded by ICG and a 1958-D MS68 graded by ANACS. It is toned as well. These are actually 2 of the best Roosevelts I have actually ever seen. The 1958-D should probably be desginated as a full torch speciman.
My questions are: Does NGC/PCGS have guidelines as to how they grade the FT/FB designation? Example: on
Franklin Halves, ANACS does not designate FBL unless both upper and lower lines are full.
Opinions on whether NGC or PCGS offers the best shot of crossing over to the same grade?
Have a great one everyone!!
