Help With Value - 1951 - Low - 5 Cent - PL-66

Can't say I've ever seen a 1951 PL 5c before. PL sets weren't issued until 1953. A number of individual coins exist with PL grades from the years prior to that but I believe they are all 25c, 50c or $1. There is some debate about whether they are actually PL or mis-attributed Specimen coins though but my impression is the majority opinion is that they are individual PL coins. However, since yours is a 5c I would be more inclined towards saying it's either a very nice circulation coin or a mis-attributed specimen (which would be much more valuable). By comparison, the Charlton Vol 1 catalogue doesn't give prices for either. Maybe if you could post some good close-ups of the coin some of the experts could tell you whether it was worth getting it cross-graded by ICCS or CCCS or not.
