Get what you can now, even at say 5% of 10 million of these quarters, that's still a huge amount floating around, but if you can get it at face value go for it. Also these off minor colour, as an error guy, who cares you can add any colour to the non colour version.

These coins are made in Winnipeg at presses going at around 500 coins a minute, quality is to a small point, production is main goal so small defects are bound to occur, but like I said if someone paid 6000.00 for the non last penny roll, who knows.

The Aussie colorized coins are rare...this is the second or the third their colorized circulation coin. NZ thanks to RCM has one only... What I think, the colourization applied by layers. The "yellow" is right in the center of poppy, so the bottom layer of all poppy is yellow, and after it overlayed by red. On the coin in that auction, not the yellow is the defect, but not enough appliance of red.

The first two 2005 non mag penny sold at auction for a amazing price of 20,000.00 and the under bidder was sold another unit at 18,000.00 talking to TCNC right after auction he was totally surprised, now the HSN is selling them for 2500.00, there's no need to rush to find these quarters.

Ya no rush if your just collecting them, but if your selling then there is a rush to sell before the price drops lol. Same for most new coins I guess.

Colonial Acres managed to secure some of these rolls. probably due to their specialty, the rolls priced as CAD 16 + Tax (usually the price is CAD 14 with tax).
Although, buying for this price (CAD 16 + tax + shipping), almost nothing remains after resell (Starbucks brewed coffee + cookie), the stock reducing with every second....people just buying and buying quantities.
Thought carefully twice and didn't buy....will check again my branch for 2-3 promised for me quarters.

I got about 5 coloured per roll, the non-coloured I'm just taking back to the bank. I kept one roll of quarters and 1 $2 coin roll. Was lucky to get mine from the bank. Now if only I could find some coloured flag coins.

I thought it was just the few rolls I managed to find that were short on the coloured coins... I only pulled 1-4 per roll. May need to jack my ebay prices up. lol

I was just at the bank doing regular banking and asked them how they'd like nickel dollars turned in, from there she said, "oh, have you seen the new toonies and quarters" and explained them to me with enthusiasm. She even knew about the coin pack from the mint. I asked if she had rolls and she said she did, so I got a roll of each.

My mint pack was ordered Oct. 16. On Oct. 22 it was shipped and my credit card was charged. It has not arrived. I phoned last week and was told nothing could be done until after 30 days had passed. Something tells me nothing will be done then either.

After 30 days and no delivery, they will most likely declare it lost and refund your $5.
