I know where it is from but not what it is. Also is there some cleaning that can or should be done? Diluted white vinegar?

its from Germany - Third Reich. The denomination is in the first image, and turned 90 degrees I think I see a 5. Maybe its a 5 Reichspfennig KM# 91. 2.44 grams, 18.1 mm

I think I can see '10' in the center, making it a 10 Pfennig piece. Can't see a mintmark.

These coins are fairly common and because it's made of zinc, it's no surprise to see it like this.

I think it's a 10 Reichspfennig from 1941. Be careful with vinegar. It eats metal. You might try a soak in acetone, and Verdi-Care after that. Might make it a little bit more readable. Pretty much it is, what it is.

Petrus - The value is in the hunt for information. Jack
