Awesome collection, smokeriderdon! I want to get one of those Lighthouse albums, and use it for my circulation-find ATB's. I have over a roll and a half of P-mint ATB Quarters received in change, here in Denver (including a beautiful high-AU Hawaii-P I got in change yesterday!). Amazingly, I've received over half of the total P varieties in my change, including El Yunque, Chaco Culture and Acadia (and six Hawaii-P's!) Rushmore, Arches and Blue Ridge "D" coins are abundant enough in Denver to where over a hundred of each of these varieties have passed through my hands, received in my change and then spent. And I still think my best 'find' is the entire roll of Acadia-D's I've saved from circulation...

Slamnbass - I'm glad that you went ahead and ordered the Lighthouse album. I'm certain you'll be blown away at the quality. After I received mine I was so impressed, I ordered Lighthouse albums for the State Quarters and the Presidential dollars as well. They were all purchased for less that $20 each (what an amazing BARGAIN)! The three albums look beautiful sitting on the shelf together. I'm tickled to have shared the idea with you . I know you and your ATB collection are going to be real happy with this choice. Jack

DNA - I think it's amazing that you found all those P-mint quarters in Denver! I'm in CA, and finding anything from Philadelphia is difficult. I have a complete Jeff nickel series EXCEPT for the last several years P-mint issues. I would not have thought that P-mint coins would be that common in Denver. Jack

Got my lighthouse album in mail today-took it out of the padded envelope but not out of the plastic yet because I had to run to work but just the look and feel of it I can't believe I got it paid and delivered for $8.50! Looks like such a sweet album can't wait to get home tonight

Slam - That's a great deal ($8.50)! You got that home incredibly FAST. I can hardly wait to find out how you like it . I think it's going to give your ATBs an elegant home. You might also want to check out the Presidents and State Albums by Lighthouse. They're exactly the same and can also be purchased at huge discount. They make an impressive bookcase presentation. Notice the plastic "block" in the front of the binder that keeps all the pages flat when the binder is closed, and also that they've included transparent sheets between each page so there's no contact with the page in front of it. They've included a lot of little details in the construction of the albums that are so cool and that you wouldn't expect, especially at the prices they're selling for. Jack

Slam - I had to put sunglasses on just to look at your pictures ! This is definitely the start of an awesome ATB presentation. The mirror surfaces of those quarters is really enhanced by the contrast of album's dark blue background. I'm just guessing that a majority of us try to use Danscos so that our collections are somewhat standardized in appearance (and quality). Buying the Lighthouse album is a step away from that continuity ( ), but I just can't imagine another storage option that could look any prettier than what you've got here. I still can't believe what you paid for that album! Make sure when you get the pages filled you post pictures of the finished (to date) collection. Excellent choice, great buy! Jack PS - You're right that does look excellent on the book shelf. Interestingly, we have a lot of the same books on our shelves. Great minds DO think alike (LOL)!

My first "roll" of P-mint received-in-change ATB Quarters. And yes, I did also decide to keep getting rolls of those pesky "S" NIFC circulation-finish Quarters, even though 99% of the population is being saved. I get one extra roll of my favorite design for each year, open it up, and spend the culls....

DNA - I'm jealous. I need a few of those P-mint ATBs, and they just aren't making the journey out here to Southern California. Jack PS - The lighting you used for your pics makes them look like "Golden Quarters." Jack
