Streaks On 1999 Penny - Coin Community Forum

Jeremy123 Valued Member United States 76 Posts	Posted 02/04/2016 9:41 pm This penny has streaks that run across parts of the reverse side. Even one above Lincolns little statue in the memorial. Though I think its been manipulated because of the shine it has but I could be wrong. I'm still learning. What do you all think? They do look cool. Report this Post to the Staff
