On the Arkansas quarter the birds right wing appears to be a left wing. Keep in mind I just started collecting and can't help but look at every coin to see if they are as they should be. This one actually made me laugh!

Looks like an edge of another coin damaged that area with the reeds on the other coin. Note the damage is incuse. A sure sign of an alteration of the coin. PSD
