I am confused as to what it is. I've heard some times that a die crack can be something similar to a lightning bolt, but that might be unaccurate research. It is one the left hand side of the penny. This thing's start goes near the L in LIBERTY, and runs into Lincoln's shoulder. When I get it at a correct angle it does sorta look like raised metal, but I am unsure of that cause I've never seen a die crack error before! If I need to show a normal 2015 D penny for better comparison I can provide for that

If this ain't a die crack or an error did someone scratch the coin or something? Would love to know!

Looks like a scratch. See how it shines Like fresh metal exposed. Die cracks aren't straight either they are raised and jagged. A google search of die cracks would show you what one looks like.

Can't tell from the image if it is scratches or a strikethrough.
