The pics aren't quite detailed enough for me to say yea or nay.
I DO note some "unusual" rim conditions on the ANACS coin.

Both coins look AU to me.

I would go with the PCGS coin. I feel you are getting more coin for the grade with that one.

In terms of eye appeal the PCGS one wins in strides. The Anacs one looks like corrosion and verdigris especially the reverse.

If they were the same price, or similar, I'd go with the PCGS.

The ANACS coin has a couple of rim problems that might shift it into a details coin at NGC or PCGS.

Seems like the grades are correct but the PCGS coin has much more desirable surfaces.

The reverse of the ANACS coin has a lot of possible corrosion on the reverse, inside the letters. If it were to be cracked out and conserved it might disappear; it might not, or it might leave something worse behind. I'd go with PCGS coin, which appears to have no problems. The PCGS piece looks like an AU-50 sharpness coin with a lack of luster, hence the grade, which appears to be on the conservative side. If it's an older holder, it might make AU-50 today.

Agree AU-50 on the PCGS example and that this is the preferable one.

PCGS coin has better surfaces.
ANACSA coin is higher grade with better details.

The PCGS coin is actually an AU50 sharpness coin as Billjones & Coinfrog noted above. It has better eye appeal (only one reverse carbon spot to distract) than the ANACS coin, which has been cleaned and/or has environmental damage, and also has no better than AU50 sharpness (later die state on the ANACS coin, as evidenced by some rim crumbling on the obverse/reverse) -- in addition, the ANACS example has distracting dings at the front of LIBERTY, cheek, and nose.

The proper way to judge these coins would be to crack them both out and ask yourself: Which coin would I buy? I think most of us here at CCF would choose the PCGS example. This, perhaps, is a better indication of "grade" than the numbers on the label.

I agree with the other comments. I have the ANACS at AU50 and the PCGS graded correctly.
