March 2017 RCM Releases

As people noticed correctly, this targeted for the new customers.
While the buyer not ready to pay for shipping more than for item, he / she very happy withis free shipping. Next time customer will chech RCM website and get not $2.5 pack, but $40 coin and will think that $8-10 is ok for shipping. And ..... we have new customer

Call and ask for one. That's how I got mine.

Having a rep is not always great. I would have missed out on the MC Voyageur if I had relied on my rep because it was sold out before he notified me of it. I ordered on-line the day before his e-mail notification. He also dropped the ball initially on the Parliament MC coin though did come through in the end.

And I asked him Thursday to order the coin packs. Still have not heard from him and the order is not on my account.

The biggest problem with using a rep is it's a single point of failure. If he/she is out of the office or not responding, you may miss out. It's also inconvenient. Much easier to just order on line.

Of course the advantage is being able to order over HH limits sometimes. But alas, I'm not going to make MC this year...first time in over a decade...so bye bye ordering from the Mint. Dealers are simply a better alternative now, even with the cost of shipping.

I buy enough to have a rep and have twice declined; if I'm spending the required $5000/year I should have the same benefits as other PP members.

I received another call from RCM offering the assistance of a rep and I've decided to give it a try to see if there's any worthwhile service provided. Here is what was listed in the email as the benefits;

  By dealing exclusively with me, you will receive 24 hour advance notice in addition to the existing advance notice you are currently receiving.  For example: if you currently receive advance notice on Tuesday, you will now be receiving it on the Monday.  This ensures you are among the first members in your respective tier who are given the opportunity to place orders for hot, new coins thereby avoiding a missed opportunity.
 
2.    Exclusive Access To Information Regarding Hot, New Coins
         As you know, some of our coins sell-out faster than others. Given my knowledge and expertise, I am able to quickly identify which coins will be fastest to sell-out. This will give you the necessary insight to facilitate the decision-making process. 
 
3.    All Your Needs In One Place
       Managing your collection can sometimes require a bit of help. Any issues, concerns, or feedback, can all be directly handled by me to ensure consistency and grade of service. 
 
4.    My availability

5.    FULL HD Launch Videos
       Often times our coins are not well represented by the pictures being used on the website.  This is due to the fact that the images are digitized, and are no longer a true depiction of what the coins actually look like.  I will be including full HD videos of most of our coins which will give you a true representation of them.
 
6.    Proactive SELL-OUT ALERTS!
       I will be sending you SELL-OUT ALERTS! For products recently released products which are on the verge of selling out.  This will avoid the frustration of missing out on an opportunity that was otherwise forgotten.

       In order to qualify for the service, only 1 thing is required of you as a customer.  Simply place all your future orders through me, either by sending a quick email with your order, calling, or texting me as it is impossible for me to manage orders placed through the website.
