Looks like typical transport dealer folders. BUT do wonder if safe since no brand is mentioned, can't find out. Buy from your LCS, they may have a certified archival grade product.

Not passing the smell test...

I don't see anything wrong with it, but make sure the plastic is PVC free.

I would be inclined NOT to buy an unknown brand from an unknown seller. I would have no confidence that the plastic is safe, even if they said so.

Stick with a reliable known brand.

Your savings with the unknown could be lost with a single ruined coin.
