@eaves4980, first welcome to CCF. Second, it looks to me like you might have actually posted pics of the reverse side of one coin twice and then the obverse side of a different coin once. If it really is the case that a single coin has the two designs together then I think you have a made-for-tourist mule/fake.

this coin would be an impossible mule there is around 22 years and 8000 miles between them.
