I would expect a buyer to pay a premium of $0-50 per coin, to resell at $50-100 premium. "Two minutes ago I would have sold my chances for a tired dime." The 08 coin looks like a "questionable authenticity" coin to me. It has no luster, is overdipped and has a washed out appearance. It just doesn't look "right" to these tired old eyes.
