Titles are Important! * This is my first post here, been into the whole collecting coins for the past 4-5 months. Glad to be here, let's get into this. I mainly have been checking pennies but about a week ago I decided to start saving the late 80's and back quarters. I stumbled upon this 1984 D Washington quarter, and it seems to have a very odd 'doubling'(not so knowledged in lingo) that runs from the bottom of the wing up and outlines the "United States of America" as for showing the 'spitting eagle'. I also noticed the front of the planchet showed abnormal 'doubling' in front of George's mouth going up to his nose and somewhat passing down under his chin. Looking for more info, rarity, and possible value? Also what exactly makes a coin worth even blinking a eye at? I've heard and saw people go crazy over some DD and say they are worth tons.
