Don't believe it's a repunched date. All the digits appear to have the same degree of doubling to left. Also see some doubling on the lower right side of shield. Could be a doubled die or just Machine Doubling. Need some more opinions.

From what I can see the doubling is flat/shelf like and flowing in one direction which would best describe a machine doubled coin. You can see the shift to the right on this coin. The reverse may/may not have the same. It just depends on the movement of the die/dies.

coop, I need some help here. I see the upper digits as shifted left of the lower digits. Is there a proper way of determining the shift direction?
