So I found this with my change. One dime has no mintage mark and I am reading this is super rare, is this correct?

Looks like a normal 1968 Philly dime, worth ten cents.

It's only rare if it's a proof with no mintmark, this is just a business strike, so it's worth face value.

You have what is called a "normal" Philadelphia minted dime. It's worth 10 cents.

A proof issue will normally have highly reflective surfaces and square rims.

Your dime is a fairly good example of the business strike dimes made in Philly that year. It's also a good date.
Time don't fly, it bounds and leaps.
