Looking strictly at the pics, I'd have too say PR-66 or better, but guessing these are some of those PCGS hyped-up images that don't show the true surface detail. Just my opinion.

Images are not from PCGS. I did not edit. Coin has provinance going back to 1995 with images having the same look. Holder is older and before PCGS took pictures.

I did not take the pics I just bought it after negotiating price to 20% less than what it sold for at auction in 1995. The toning is what sold me on it.

My guess that if it sold for 20% less than in 1995 it would be a lower grade proof. I sure like the look. Beautiful from the photos.
