Doing much research online, I see a million of these 1986 Sears centennial coins, but always the ones with the statue of liberty on the front, and 100 on the back. I couldnt find a single image of this point I have, which appears to be the first sears on the front, with 100 on the rear. Has anyone seen one of these, know the story behind it, or is it worth anything?
It was a gift from the company to employees back in 1986 to help celebrate/commemorate the company's 100th anniversary. Employees also got a "Sears 100" lapel pin/tie tack.
It's a fairly common piece - multiple are available on ebay at the moment for $10-$12 or less. Some sellers try to get more, but there are plenty to go around for about $10. (I've seen them sell for $5.00 more than once.)

In the 60's I loved Sears Christmas "Wish Book" toy catalog. A great big book to make a list for Santa from. In later years I liked returning beat up Craftsman tools for brand new ones, no questions asked.
