I'd say low VF for both, 25 and 20. The scratches would bring the value down to VG level.

No they are probably worth around 80.00 - 100.00 bucks each at least without even looking up dates and prices realized.

What I meant was their value is at the Very Good level for this date/series.

I'd say about $70 each.

I just noticed that the reverses are reversed, the one that says 1810 is the 1814 and vice versa. Also, did you notice the off center die stamp? I was wondering if that was common in the early 1800s?
