I think it could reach F(15), but likely F(12). I am far from being any authority on this, so I look forward to hearing what the real experts in this forum say.

really like to color on this one. just a nice pretty even patina. rounded cheek nice sharp date and lower hair along with a strong LIBERTY. reverse definitely struck with unequal pressure. I'm going to say its better than a 12 so I'm at F15
