"To me those look like die polishing lines, not evidence of cleaning as others suggested" Good observation, hard to tell. Anyway here is the grade.

Nice. I didn't think a proof because of the rims and the low mintage number.

In all seriousness, my initial gut reaction was that this was a proof coin, but then I second-guessed myself and went with MS. Just goes to show you should always trust your first instinct.

congrats on the PL designation. I was going to call that but they are not common to come across. all PL surfaces are going to show a plethora of light scratches due to their reflective surfaces. I did think the numeric grade should have been higher
