1878-S Morgan; No Clue On VAM

This coin came from the $20 bin. Other than the tiny obverse rim nick at 4:00 this appears to be a decent AU coin with original surfaces. It doesn't have a "long nock" or any other distinctive features that jump out at me. Anyone have an opinion on VAM number for this one?

Tough one here. Pictures are to dark for me to pick anything out with these old eyes. All I can tell you is eliminate anything with the broken r. Keep anything with broken forth right star.

It would appear to be a near date.There is what also appears to be a die gouge in "ER", IN Liberty. Possible Doubled 7 in date, not very clear photo, but thanks Bobby that helped.....
Nice coin for $20, sorry, not able to do better... Mike
