Might be prooflike as well. I'll look forward to new photos but based on these shots it looks like an easy MS-63 and could go '64. Is it still in the GSA holder? Looks like it.... What you are probably referring to are the individual features (diagnostics, pick-up points, etc) that define the VAM. I would bet this one has some significant clashing. There are so many die cracks it looks like somebody shot a bullet through the windshield of an old Oldsmobile.
