It's really impossible for anybody to tell by pictures what the grade of that particular coin is, since all of the ones minted to date have graded PF-69 or 70 (or that's what I last heard.) There is only a miniscule difference between the two grades, so if you want a grade you'll have to send it out to be graded, and even then it may still not be the right grade.
