The arrow feathers on the reverse identifies it as the 78 7TF Reverse of 79 with the straight arrow feathers (as opposed to parallel feathers). I'll leave the nuances of the specific VAM to Bryan, Dave, and Terry[ since they are far more knowledgeable than I on the subject.
Based on the degree of wear in Liberty's hair (using my own PCGS slabbed Morgans as benchmarks) and, on the reverse, the amount of wear in the wings (all wing feathers distinguishable from each other) and on the Eagle's breast (trace of feather detail above the breast on the neck), I would estimate the Morgan would grade out at PCGS as VF-25 to VF-30. My 93CC PCGS VF-30 (old standards) is slightly more worn than this, but with PCGS's new standards, I don't think this would make it to VF-35 these days. (And mine probably would be downgraded to VF-25.
