Here in this thread, I would like to hear about any of your dreams about silver or gold coins. We have talked about this before, and when one obsesses on one thought, I have found dreams result. I rarely dream, or at least remember my dreams, but about a week ago I had one of those out of body dreams, that seemed like it was taking place in another real world, I mean zero indication of dreaming, and the machine in question was bright red, you guys will love this one....

So my buddy Dave and I were on our way back form Florida, as we went on several trips down south years ago, so I call these flashback dreams if you will, as we are going back in time. Anyhow, we stopped for gas, I went in and spotted this old red machine, slot machine of sorts with no lever. Several coin slots, dollar, half dollar, quarter, dime, nickel. I placed a modern day quarter in, and the wheels span out a three identical bars, jackpot baby! And that sucker went to spitting out pre 64 silver like there was no tomorrow. First noticed two key date Peace dollars, some half walking liberty's, some Merc's and Buffalo's, Morgans, even some foreign silver I did not recognize, but was no doubt something my unconscious picked up during my endless hours of surfing for great silver or gold coins....

As I loaded up a purple crown royal bag I looked over my shoulder at the clerk with saucer plate eyes, and he shrugged his shoulder as to say, way to go kid. I figured it must have bee 20 to 25 oz. of pre 64, and when I woke up, I was as disappointed as I have been in some while needless to say....

I can see you now, Hawk. In mid-payout, the machine jams and refuses to give you your just winnings. You grab the machine and shake it vigorously! Still no payout, so you kick it a few times. The clerk continues to read his week old newspaper with occasional looks at the crazy man hitting the big red silver machine. Not his problem, though. He gets minimum wage and does not want to mess with you. You start rocking it backwards and forwards harder and harder while kicking it and screaming, "GIMMEE THE SILVER, you worthless pile of junk!". This #$@!% thing WILL pay off!! Then, before anyone can do a thing, the machine lurches forward, topples to the floor, crushing you under its massive 680 lb. weight. Fade to black, end of scene... You awaken in a cold sweat, shivering and wondering whatever possessed you to attack a mechanized silver hoard.

Just like you, I rarely remember my dreams, maybe a couple times a month at best. Well about a month ago I had a dream that at my place of employment, when I went into the cashroom, on the counter where they prepare the money each day there was a a couple gallon bag filled to the brim with all sorts of silver coins. Peace, Morgans, quarters of all kinds, dimes too. After sifting through this massive hoard, the lady that does payroll was fine with selling me the bag at FV! I was like a kid in a candyshop picking out all kinds of barbers, mercs, and silver dollars. Shortly after I wake up still in that fuzzy dreamy state, like WHERE IS MY BAG!?!? Ahhh, if only...

Good one, Deltron. Did not hear any mention of you backing a truck up to the closest door to the cash room and saying, "Fill 'er up!".
