Buffs are tough too grade. From the pictures, definitely UNC. Reverse is superb! (as in MS66 SUPERB) Obverse - the couple spots by the chin bother me a touch. Dipped a long time ago? Possible. LOTS of luster present on both sides. Some of these planchets have a woody look to them, as depicted by the obverse of yours.

Should grade a minimum of 63 and a chance at 64.
