All Morgan's are one VAM or another and many are covered with die cracks, and alot of the time around the words and date. Although it takes more than the cracks to identify the VAM. Are you trying to figure out the VAM or just curious about the cracks? Report this Post to the Staff

dave700x Rest in Peace United States 10625 Posts	Posted 05/26/2013 12:38 pm It appears to be a far date location, so initial guess is VAM-10 without close-ups of the mint mark. Unfortunately, there are not a whole lot of full coin plate photos for this date/mm. Report this Post to the Staff

Without close ups of the MM it makes it difficult but if I had to hazzard a guess itd be a 10. It's almost impossible to identify VAMs soley by die cracks, date and mint mark location always come first. I'm having a seriously hard time identifying a few of mine..
