2014 American Silver Eagle / ASE Proof Error?

I got this 2014 ASE proof from the Mint store in Philadelphia. I also picked up a 2013 LE silver proof set. I checked the LE set over, but didn't even think to check the ASE! I finally got it out and looked at it and noticed this. Looks like a die crack, possibly a cudd. It is frosted like the cameo. Anyone ever seen anything like this? Is this something that makes the coin more or less valuable? I wasn't real happy when I noticed it, but I started to realize how rare it is. Report this Post to the Staff

Any tips on how to check? Sometimes it is really hard to tell without touching and I don't want to smudge the coin. Report this Post to the Staff
