I don't know much about world coins. The 1888 5 Pesetas looks cleaned or wiped; my reasoning is the hairlines behind the bust and in the date area.

The 1937 looks uncirculated to my eye but I have no grading experience.

Perhaps more experienced members will chime in and give their opinions.

The size and quality of the photos leaves a lot to be desired.

The Spanish 5 pesetas dated 1888 has been cleaned and I think, abraded. Coins like these have been extensively counterfeited in silver and other metals.
As it is, I grade it GF/GVF but there seems to be some rim damage. I would never buy this coin.

The crown seems to be AU but the obverse was not included.
