I can see what I think is an s rpm on the lower torch. I spotted it clearly without magnification.

Same coin just wanted to show what I think is thickness/doubling of letters.

I'm not seeing anything but Die Deterioration rot? Looks like a hole in the torch device, not a rpm. That would be a heck of a float for a rpm too.

An RPM is a Repunched Mint Mark. Only has to do with the MM on the coin.
