Hey Guys, Lincoln's hair is flattened, it looks like it goes along with the grain of the rest of the coin. I haven't seen this effect till now.

That "gel" on Lincoln's hair was caused by a Grease Filled Die (AKA Struck Through Grease). It causes the details to widen, sometimes partially disappear or completely disappear depending how much grease was in the die. This is a neat find as Lincoln looks like he has hair gel in his hair. :)
