As title says, I think I may have a new error coin... I've been trying to look it up, but no signs of anything...

All of it looks like typical Die Deterioration except the 1 in the date. The one looks different but may still be Die Deterioration.

That's my point... The 1 doubling looks very much like the doubling in the 3rd image... (Keep in mind... They're both on the front)

Now that I'm looking at the coin... I believe you! Apparently there is supposed to be a mark in between the arrows and feathers, and I have it...

Also look for the top of the 7 in the denticles it's pretty dramatic.

The rest of what you see around the rim is Die Deterioration as @Tanman2001 noted. The Philadelphia mint really got their mileage out the dies in the mid/late 80's.
