Looks like a Die Cud to be. The error is very small and the coin is in very bad condition, unless this is a super rare variety I have never heard of that is worth millions and millions of dollars, it probably isn't worth much. Go confront an error expert on what this might be, because their opinion is probably loads better than mine, hope I could have been of any assistence.

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking about, but there is a lot of Die Deterioration in that area.

It looks nothing like a Die Cud.

A 1926 S is a semi key date regardless and it is worth considerably more than the common dates in this general condition.
