63BN, great coin and tough with a strike like this. Reverse spot detracts - I would be tempted to treat it.

i think the obverse is a bit too choppy in some spots to garner more than MS61
carbon spot detracts, agreed
nice coin though

MS63BN. I would not touch that carbon spot. looking closely at it, it appears that it may have corroded into the surface. if you verdicare I would treat it with that in hopes of just preserving it at its current state
