2018 Voyageurs Quarter Error(S)? -Repost W/Better Images

Hello coin community! Ive been eye-ing this one all day. I cant find another error over the 2018 [year] like this.. The 2018 is 1/3 covored by a pattern slightly different than the water shown. It should be solid.. Yah? The line through the 2018 also curves up along the right hand side near the 2 o'clock area. And I also noticed that the ducks tail is scuffed.. What do you see?

Still caused by coin wrapper damage. When a OBW roll is sealed it damages the outside coin when they are rolled.
