Based on the grades that I have seen in my shopping for PCGS Ikes I concur that is true.

My thinking is that if you can't tell a difference by looking at the coin, then they are the same. My ASE collection is complete and I'm not required to have 3rd party labels to prove it. I do think that the mints should be required to put the mint marks on the bullions.
