I figured the easiest way to identify all the different ASE proof coins in OGP is to break them into types. So to start what years and mint marks are the Congratulations Sets offered in?

This is what I think was available
2013-W
2014-W
2015-W
2016-W
2017-S
2018-W
2019-W

AFAIK there wasn't and 2017-W just a 2017-S

That's correct.

I believe you are correct that the Congratulations sets started in 2013.

I am going to try to look up mintages as well I think the 2016-W was low mintage which might be why the 2017 was an S

So far I am coming up with maybe four different types that have proof ASE's and different OGP:

1. Basic Proof in the square blue box and velvet case with COA
2. Congratulations sets
3. Anniversary sets of various types
4. Other proofs that have a ASE proof as part of the set (an example of that would be here https://catalog.usmint.gov/united-s...d=proof-sets )
