There is wear at the top of Liberty. Look at the L and I. The flat stars look to be from wear and strike. The rims on the coin are not square like a proof. The coin is a slanting 5 variety. The coin looks like it has been at best cleaned. The coin does not look right pass.

OP - Do these pics truly show the color of this coin? If so, it's been re-colored without a doubt.

Not a Proof. A high end AU "details" coin. Cleaned or possibly "whizzed" as I am seeing some of the wire brush marks used in altering the surface.
