Here is what I see:obverse is a minor MAD. Reverse looks normal with lots of scratches above ONE CENT.Looks like it was cleaned. Pics are a bit out of focus and there is a problem with glare.

Thx john1 I know glare is bad. Might have been cleaned idk who knows I scooped up a roll on my way home from work. How can u tell if a coin is clean I'm new to this could u please explain if u have time. Thx again for your much appreciated info.

Would the mad cause the reverse to shift like MD is a MAD very common? Like I was asking would it shift the reverse of the coin?

A small Misaligned Die issue on the obverse.

Thx E&V is a misaligned Die consider an error recognized by the mint or just something that happens in the minting process?

A MAD is a mint error,one or sometimes bot dies are misaligned in the press.

No it would not cause MD to the otherside. Minor MAD is kinda common.
