New to coins but this discoloration caught my eye. I then noticed this line and I'm not sure what this is.

@Rebel, first welcome to CCF. Second, it certainly looks like a scratch on the surface of the coin to me. This damage starts out on the rim and then cuts through the fields and multiple letters. In a couple places it looks like a little metal has been "smushed" up next to the scratch so I don't think that it is a struck through wire or something similar.
