From 2019 to present I see chips/cracks in this area fairly regularly. Guess they just don't make dies like they used to.

This is the first chip on the reverse I have found however. Thought I would share!

Spoke too soon, few coins down this roll found a great 2017 with pronounced chips obverse and reverse! Torch, right hand tree, collar.
