The 1993-D quarter appears to be a repeat from your prior thread. It's a damaged coin.

I suggest slow down, post one coin per thread and share in focus photos of both sides. Then we can really help.

This shotgun approach of throwing multiple coins up in a single post is honestly not going to get you much help.

To CCF! First quarter is showing PMD. Second coin might be showing a Rim Fin.
