Add to Mirabeau, welcome. Nickel-Bronze composition, I don't see the more common thunderbolt {Poissy} mintmark. The "plain" coin you have is around 25M mintage, where the Poissy is 29M mintage. Very nice coin!!

Thank you for the warm welcome. I found this coin in a tabacco box with many other ones. They all kind of sticky and dirty and I assume it is okay to clean them. Is it okay to use regular housecleaning supplies?

No! Just soak them in distilled water and DON'T RUB them. Pat them dry.
