I found this tonight. It is a 1989-D penny with a few letters doubled. One the reverse the O in one has a double mark on the bottom of it. The CENT is all doubled. Between the N & E in one are some small bubbles or something. I will try to get someone to photo with better camera. Any ideas what it is. Is it worth keeping>?

IMO it looks like split plating double which carries no premium.

This is a plating issue - no premium value.
