I think I know what happened. That was probably an SGS MS70 coin that someone sent to PCGS.
What I'd like to see, while we are on topic, as an AG03 modern zincoln. that would be utterly priceless.

Im not big fan of slabs But sure you ll get more then $1 for it as some people seems to give more value to slabs then the coins it self ! I notice around the net a big number of slabs collectors lol , funny but its a fact lol !Anyway the person who send it probably though it would back slabed as DDO ...Or he had a deal for couple of coins and didnt had anything else to send and complete the order so he sent it together with the ones he wanted slabed ?!?!...

Thanks Foxwoods. I was having a hard time figuring out how much shipping was through ebay, so my figure of $2.51 was based on actually going to the post office.

I would be ashamed to put that in a 2x2. Maybe they thought it would get some sort of error designation for grease on die?

why stop at AG3, how about submitting a poor-1 zinc cent. One just barely good enough to identify. I would buy that slabbed just as a novelty. I'm serious, I'll give someone 2 or 3 dollars for it.

Quote: What can I sell this for, really? You can sell anything if you can hit on the right marketing approach. For this one you want to market it as, "PCGS-certified NT." If there was a doubt they'd have called it "QT" and given it a "Genuine," right?

I'm going to throw it on ebay and see what happens. People are crazy on ebay. I have seen coins that I put a value of $5 on, sell for $20-30. Heck, I just sold a badly corroded 1892-S Dime for $147 that I paid $38 for recently! Besides, I don't care if I take a loss on it. It will be fun to watch the activity.

haha, it's embarrasing and also funny. I can't believe you actually listed it. I hope someone buys it.
btw, I am the only one that think the coin is even overgraded! It looks kinda crappy lets be honest. I think I see enough wear for an XF designation, not that it matters of coarse.
